These consumer laws provide you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that we represent they will be fit for, and that the goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour or would like a refund, that's no problem. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We may charge a small postage fee to send you a replacement.

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for a refund unless defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (including but not limited to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)), which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
