All orders ship within 24 hours (excludes weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).

All orders within Australia are shipped via express post - delivery within 1-2 business days nation-wide.

SHIPPING - NEW ZEALAND
All orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post EMS International - delivery within 2-4 business days nation-wide.
Duty, customs tariffs and local sales taxes are set by the destination country. Payment of any applicable duties and taxes is required before your order will be released from customs and recipients are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
CUSTOMISATION
Please allow up to 10-12 additional business days after placing your order for custom embroidery and hot stamping to be to be completed. Please note, this turnaround can be affected by public holidays and slight delays can be experienced dependant on the time of year.*
